21. Moai from Easter Island (Polynesia)
Easter Island is famous for its stone sculptures of human figures, known as the Moai (meaning “Status”). The island is known to its inhabitants as Rapa Nui. The moai were possibly carved to commemorate significant ancestors and were built from about 1000 BC.

The Colosseum is the largest amphitheater constructed during the Roman Empire. Inaugurated in AD 80, it provided gladiator battles, executions, and animal hunting.
