Apple juice can prevent diarrhea and also prevent constipation if you drink it on an empty stomach. If you drink apple juice after meals, it will be very good for your digestive tract.
However, apples contain a lot of sugar and potassium, so eating too much apple will cause adverse effects on the heart and kidney. People with illnesses such as coronary heart, heart attack, kidney disease, diabetes related diseases should not eat apples on a regular basis.
