6. Take lots of Ginger
After few weeks of quiting smoking, you may get some troubles or some withdrawal symptoms such as nausea, anxiety, headache, tobacco cravings, etc.
However, To reduce nausea after you give up smoking, you should use ginger to stop this sign. The method is to use some pieces of ginger, mix with warm water and drink it each day.
Along with those symptoms, you can get some other problems such as sore throats, cramps, tingling in feet, hands, sweating, and so on.
