Car thief with conscience returns baby after driving off with child in back seat

In the CCTV the car thief was perhaps gesturing for the workers to call the police.

Before 3.30am on Tuesday the car was missing on theft basis. And police are still looking for the man who dumped the car a short distance away.

The baby was unharmed.
